Description
R134a is a chemical compound, also known as tetrafluoroethane. It is a gas commonly used in refrigeration and air conditioning systems and is often recommended as an alternative to R12 gas. R134a is an environmentally friendly gas and does not damage the ozone layer. Additionally, the pressure levels required to concentrate or maintain it in gas form are lower than those of other refrigerants.
